Hotel Rates

Our rates vary by the season. Rates range from $65 per night (winter weekdays) to $180 per night for a Jacuzzi room with King bed during the summer season or during special events. There is a 6% tax and 6% hotel levy added to the rate.

Hotel Policies

Advance Deposit via credit card is required in the amount of one nights' stay to reserve a room. During special events, full payment must be made to make a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

An advance deposit will be refunded (less a $15 processing fee) when a reservation is cancelled one month or more prior to the planned arrival date.

An advance deposit will not be refunded when a reservation is cancelled less than one month prior to the planned arrival date unless we are able to re-rent the reserved room. If we are able to re-rent your room, a $15 processing fee will be subtracted from the deposit refund.

For special events, weekends and multiple room reservations, the cancellation policy extends to 45 days prior to the event. There will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent your room(s). If we are able to re-rent, then there will be a $25.00 processing fee per room per night of cancellation.

Early Check-Outs

If a reservation is shortened after arrival, the guest will be responsible for the original reservation balance unless we are able to re-sell the reserved room.

Notes

We do not accept pets.
We serve coffee and Danish in the mornings.
All rooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairway.
